not so funny joke

I was looking through a local magazine when i saw the following joke.

A little girl who was abused as a child was talking to the judge to find her a home.

Judge: Don't you want to live with your mommy?

Little girl: no my mommy beats me.

Judge: Well, do you want to live with your daddy?

Little girl: no my daddy beats me too.

Judge: well who do you want to live with?

Little girl: I want to live with the Miami dolphins cause they don't beat anybody.

I know that this is an old joke, just have never seen it used with the Dolphins.:boohoo:

what's worse is the Leno jokes that the Phins have ended involved in over the past several seasons.
