Let me just say that Ricky likes to rely on YAC, especially on 3rd downs. He doesn't throw deep much, (he played as the Bucs though) runs the ball a lot (Gee what do ya know?) and likes to shift a lot. He loves to move his safetys in for run support or blitzing. McKnight kicked his *** on 3rd down a couple times. He also converted a 4th and 5 on his first drive...the bastard.
Well, the game started off bad for me. Usually, I have to press X to get to my passing icons, well in this game for some reason, they were already up. My first pass was intercepted because I threw it to McMichael in the middle of everything. He got a TD after a short drive.
Next series I get a FG after he stopped me in the redzone.
Ricky's next series he looked impossible to play D on. He ripped through my zones, and is very good at manipulating his players and making you miss. He got a TD, making it look like an early blowout.

Next series I start ripping on him with Konrad in the flat and shifting McMichael into receiver formation running a slight slant which creates a matchup with the safety. I got a TD, bringing the score to 14-10.
Ricky's next series he threw an INT right to Seau. I was pumped. ;)
I went three and out and got another FG. 14-13.
Ricky's next series he got to about Midfield and then on an intermediate pass Surtain his McCardell and the ball flew up into Knight hands. I returned it to about the 30.
It took me two plays to get my next TD. A longish pass to Chambers followed by a Ricky 3 yard TD. :P I was stupid and kicked an extra point. Ricky plays real good short yardage D, I was scurred hahaha. 20-14 me.
Next series he does a series of run plays that killed the entire 3rd quarter. He got a TD after a looong drive. 21-20 Ricky.
My series consisted of a first down pass on first down, then a big stop by Ricky. I punt.
Ricky gets the ball to the 10 yard line. He gets 8 yards on first down, and then the 2 minute warning comes. He kneels down making it 3rd and 3, and I call a timeout...I had 3 at the time. I stopped him on 3rd down, and he kicked a FG. 24-20 with about 1:50 left.
I got the ball out to the 32 on the return. I ran a fly with Chambers and a 10 yard slant with Tolver to cover Chambers. The play to Chambers goes for about 30-35 yards. Next play I see Ricky come in for a blitz, and I had McMichael only covered by a linebacker. I hit McMichael at the 13 yard line with 1:36 left and no timeouts. I was really starting to get pumped.
Next play he brings everyone in, and I see Chambers one on one, so I changed his route to a fly. Well, he Jammed him, and I thought he was running, so when I threw, it was at the line of scrimmage and intercepted. He ran out the clock. Game over, he won 24-20. Well, I know I want a rematch, and I think I can take him next time. I was really cool though. I recommend playing him, he's a good challenge...and IT'S RICKY WILLIAMS!! :)
