Who cares? Plus he lists him as probable.

Someone must. That is why he has done it for years.
And I imagine he will be listed as questionable.

Aye, because every opposing team will get their hopes up and prepare as if Brady is not playing

I'd prefer if he were listed as doubtful.

FOXBORO, MA--Chicago Bears players and coaches were surprised on Tuesday morning to discover that their quarterback, Rex Grossman, had been listed as ‘doubtful’ on the New England Patriots injury report. After viewing the report, Bears coach Lovie Smith immediately called the Patriots front office looking for an explanation.
Belichick is known for being extremely secretive about his injury report. He routinely adds and subtracts names with little or no explanation, and has infuriated opposing coaches with his stubborn refusal to discuss his players’ health.
This is the first time, however, that he included an opposing player on his report.

Without Brady, the Patriots are 0-3 and have played poorly on offense, defense and special teams.
Brady plays defense and special teams? man, this league sure loves that guy. He wins games solo. haha
