The New York Jets have announced that rookie quarterback Erik Ainge has been suspended four games for violating the leagues policy regarding anabolic steroids and related substances.

He had an injury and his doctor prescribed Prednisone or some other anti-inflammatory for the swelling and that's what he is in trouble for,not a "steroid" of the performance enhancing type that the NFL rules were written to cover.

I heard it was him recovering from an injury as well.

I stubbed my toe the other day so my doctor gave me the juice. I swear I didn't know. I was always able to carry my car to work.

Pretty stupid by him. Kid was great in college, broke many team records that Peyton had and already he ruined his rep with this crap.
