Probably dropped the pen more then once would be my guess
Some guys jumpstart their career when they change scenery. I dont think its impossible this happens for Hagan....not holding my breath to that though.

I kind of agree with you jimi. Derek Hagan had huge upside. He was great at ASU and I was psyched when we got him in the third round that year. Don't discount him showing something with the giants but like you said I am not holding my breath.

Funny some guys here wanted to pick up any NYG WR's that possibly would have been cut during TC and now their picking up our trash.

Bet they'd like to have B. London back right now. Coughlin loved that guy.

He's probably what, like their #5 or #6 WR???
He'll barely see the field, if at all....
He's just some depth for them.
Move along, nothing to see here.

And for what it's worth, I heard last night on QAM that the Arena League season for next year has been officially canceled due to economic troubles.
No link, sorry.
edit: JuniorSeau55, you beat me to it.

why did Miami pass on wr and then turn around and lose one rb off the p.s. and cut the fullback those picks with the hagan pick made no sense because we a fulllback that was decent.

Nobody is happy that he sucks, but that doesn't change the fact that he does suck. I'm sure everybody was hoping he would do well.
We're not happy that he sucks, we're just happy he is gone.

Hagan was signed by the Giants. Basically traded London for Hagan in the long run. I'll take London any day.

well, I don't think Hagan will shoot himself.
He won't catch the ball, but I definitely don't think he'll shoot himself.

My T&R (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.)
Almost five years ago to the day, Saints (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.) wide receiver Joe Horn (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.) scored a touchdown against the Giants (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.), lifted up the pad on the goal post and pulled out a cell phone. The Giants (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.) have finally returned his call. On a day when the team signed free-agent receiver Derek Hagan (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.) to aid a passing game lacking Plaxico Burress (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.), the Giants (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.) also dialed up Horn and invited him for a visit, according to someone informed of the Giants (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.)' plans to meet with the 13-year veteran. The person, who requested anonymity because the Giants (To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.) don't publicly confirm free-agent visits, said Horn arrived in the area Tuesday night and will take a physical Wednesday. The person also said it's unclear if he'll also be asked to work out but said a signing could be imminent.
