A 26-year-old man and his father were arrested by an off-duty Muncie police officer after the man cut in line at a Wal-Mart store. A police report said Edward R. Pluhar Jr., of Frankfort, cut to the front of the line at the Wal-Mart service desk Sunday. What he didn't know was that Officer Chris Kirby was waiting in the line.

Well, they're a-holes so I don't feel sympathy for them but what are the charges? Trespassing?

I love line cutters. All the old ladies grumble quietly enough for each other to hear, but never to the person. I always get a kick out of it.

Hey, officer dipwad....Why don't you go annoy some Ball State students or something? What would the charge be? I would guess Disorderly Conduct. Man, the civil suit would be lots of fun to attend, because I'd sure be fileing one. Sure, line cutters are dip****s, and, I've gone out of my way to embarass my share, but good greif...Arresting them?

No sympathy here. I might not have done the same thing, but the officer definatly scores some Keeping it Real points with me. Now thats abuse of power I can believe in.
