Does anybody have any movies put out by Criterion? What's the benefit for paying so much more on a dvd? Is it the commentary?

I own a few but only because I really wanted to have the title. None of the ones I have are really special in terms of additional content.

I bought the Armeggedon criterion collection. Its probably 10 minutes longer that the normal, and a crapload more special features. Worth it in my opinion....

Depends on the movie bud. As I mentioned in your other "Seven Samurai" thread I am a huge Kurosawa fan and a lot of his stuff on Criterion have great, rare features such as documentaries and informative commentary.
