They're just lowballing him.

Why wouldn't you want to play in LA? They've got it all. A good fanbase, decent hitter's stadium (not the greatest), and with that much $$$, you'd be on top of everything.

My hope is he gets fed up playing games with them and signs with SF.

I thought Dodgers Stadium was a pitchers park.
