I'm hearing a lot of people picking Portland State for the upset. Seems to be real popular. I have Xavier though.

i didn't forget. espn.com just kept raping me over and over again. would not let me submit my bracket for some reason. eventually i just gave up.

It's bad this year. The last few years I've always used it..I think I'm going to go to Yahoo starting next year.

I have never had a problem with espn. I'm an insider and use it all the time.

I went 14 of 16 today. I had VCU as my big upset, and Illinois was dumb.

Meh. I played 10 brackets and up until these late games today, I was in the 90th percentile and above on all ten, including 99th percentile on 7 of them. After a couple of rough breaks Im not doing so hot now. Btw, I have a few that are better than the one I put in our group. Oh well. Long way to go.

As far as real bets vs. the spreads, man I was on a RIDICULOUS rampage the first few days. I went 4 for 4 on Thursday night and followed it up with a nice 3 for 3 on Friday night. In fact going into today(Saturday) I had only lost one wager and it was a 3 team parlay that I BARELY lost(day games on friday). And I started the day hitting the first 3 games today(all 3 straight bets and a 3 team parlay). I was absolutely killing it. I was like 10 of 11 on picks vs. the spread.

Unfortunately I cooled off during the 530 pm session today, losing all 3 games. God damned Washington killed me. Cost me a huge 3 teamer. I also just missed a 7 team parlay that wouldve netted me a cool grand. Oh well. I rebounded and finished winning the last 2 tonight with WKU +11 and Texas +8 which incidentally were my 2 favorite picks today(locks of the day). I felt really strong about both of those picks so I had the most riding on them. If I had just hit the 2 games I barely missed on in the 530 games, I knew I had an outstanding shot at that 7 teamer.

I also just missed a nice return on those late games as I threw down a little on each team straight up as well. Texas was like +270 to win outright and WKU was +500(which pays 5 to 1 of course). That buzzer beater hurt because that wouldve paid nicely. Oh well, Im still cleaning up overall and I still came out ahead today. Wouldve been nice to get at least that Washington hit though as I had them in that 3 teamer with WKU and Texas.

Actually at the end of today, me and Jcane are tied on top. Congrats everyone. Jcane, I'm gunnin' for you!
