The Oklahoma Sooners proved this weekend with no doubt who the # 1 team in the country is.

ChOkelahoma still has to play the two teams that whooped em last year, Texas A&M & Oklahoma State. Plus they still have Mizzou, Texas Tech, & the struggling Buffaloes. They aren't quite out of the woods yet.

Miami has Va Tech and the rest of the Big Easy. I hope they get to play the sooners. That would be fun to get some old payback.

IMO, Oklahoma has to be considered the best. They beat the tar out of their rival...on the road....who just happened to be ranked #11. Miami proved they belong after smashing FSU in Tallahassee in the rain when they were supposed to get whooped......one week after losing Frank Gore.

That would be a great matchup. What is good for Miami is that we have a superior secondary, and Oklahoma runs a passing offense. On the other side, Oklahoma plays great defense period. And seeing them go after Kellen Winslow would be a treat.
