Well if they were to look into I bet the Kid hardly drunk water. But in order to get stronger they should just look into plain protein thats what i use

Not I. I've only done anything the natural way. I don't give a damn how well any supplements may have helped my pals, neighbors or colleagues. None of that is for me.

Creatine may or may not work for some individuals but it has always helped me since I keep generally well hydrated...

But hydroxycut is mega lame!
