Gavin Hyatt had been in pain for a month, plagued by a mysterious lump on his stomach. The plumber almost had it operated on but canceled at the last minute. Then one day, in a scene straight out of Alien, Hyatt felt a stabbing pain and saw the lump pushing through his bleeding skin. The lump turned out to be the remains of a twin brother who died in the womb, the Sun reports.

i dont think this is really news, as i have taken craps that were the size of deceased fetuses. and i would proclaim to everyone to have a gander at my child that i left floating in the toilet

I don't believe this for a second... if he was going to have surgery that means that he had a pre-op x-ray... Also... if it was in his body it would not have pushed through his skin....
