I've always heard K.C, Missouri.

So one of my lifelong dreams has been to go there!

Depends on what meat you like and, how you like it. It's silly to say somone has "The Best" BBQ. I grew up in back woods Eastern NC. I still remember the first time I had BBQ in a state other than where I grew up. I had no idea WTF was up with the sause all over it.

I came here and thought Tx would have great BBQ, I haven't been amazed yet. I don't like Smokey BBQ using wood, and the sauce is spicey. I prefer sweet.

Smoked meat always over powers the taste of the meat. It's like eating a bag of Fritos, the first few taste good and then the rest taste like salt.

There's a place up in Billings, MT that has the best BBQ I've ever had.

... Start with charcoal.

Gas is fast & easy, but the end result does not taste as good.
