The kid is a baller. I heard about him last year on espn 2 watching a piece they did on the huge rivalry between his former high school and some other team. Dude has a ROCKET and made some throws that some college kids cant. Trust me, I used to be and still think Im a pretty good QB but I have NOTHING on this kid. The physical talent is there so lets see

Best quarterback I've ever seen come out of high school.....specifically when you project him as a future NFL quarterback...

Mel Kiper once said that Matthew Stafford would be the #1 overall pick in the NFL draft before he ever took a snap for Georgia...

I'm here to tell you....Matt Barkley will be the #1 overall pick in the draft someday....he has that type of makeup for a quarterback....

Combine it with that fabulous pro style offense at USC that is condusive of producing top NFL signal callers....and I think it's a virtual lock...

This kid is going to be terrific...

I figured I would bump this given USC's win over OSU on Saturday. Barkely didn't have overwhelming stats that you would expect from a USC quarterback, but when it came time he got it done.

Exactly, this is what you look for in a QB. Someone who you can trust leading your offense no matter if you are ahead or behind.

Barkley will be back as the starter versus Washington State. Hopefully, he can have a better outing than Corp did vs. UW.

Barkley and the Trojans march into South Bend and beat Notre Dame in game that started to look like a route, but it went down to the wire.

19 of 29, 380 yards, 2 TD's, 1 INT.

Barkley does what "Sanchise" could not do. Barkely helps Trojans get revenge for last years loss in Corvallis.
