Great message Louphinfan. Thanks for sharing this with us.

I think it is glaringly obvious that it has been the church that has started and promoted most the welfare and charity in this country, as in many others.

Nowadays people would rather just pay taxes to the government to handle it, not wanting to be personally involved.

Whoever is making donations inside the church is the charity. And the church is the recipient. $660 million just in California for settlements in child rape cases.
