I've never played NCAA 2003/4 before. i heard you can play a season in NCAA then at the end you can save the draft results and use them in a madden draft? i just wanted to know if this is true.

If it is true my second question is what happens in madden with these people? I heard in NCAA they don't use names (because they would have to pay) so for example instead of Eli Manning, you get QB #10. when you do a draft does it show up as EM or QB #10? i'm thinking of buying/renting this game so i can do some of this.

Yes, you can export players to a draft in Madden.

As far as the nomenclature of the players once they go to the NFL draft, I don't know. If nothing else, you could manually edit the name of the player. ALSO keep in mind that any players you recruit (if you are playing Dynasty mode) are given randomized names, so you wouldn't have the problem with those players.
