Testing attachment

I can't even add an attachment, something has to be blocked not preventing me from doing so. This should be such an easy thing to do, and I am sorry its not working, but this is not a difficult thing to do.

I even tried adding an Avatar using an URL and it still says Invalid-File, so, something is blocking me from doing so on this site.
