I just wanted to make a tribute to him. The guy was amazing for us and i hope he gets drafted or invited to camp. Now i know hes not a QB but i know he can be a change of pace RB. Hes 6'1 205. He can gain a few lbs and there is no denying his athleticism. He probably the most accomplished player in the Big East (individual Stats) and would accomplished a lot more had he not gotten injured.

Here is to Matt Grothe and hoping he sticks somewhere... thanks Matt for the Memories.

I really hope this guy finds a place in the NFL. He was a lot of fun to watch on the field. Very Tebow-esque.

Before him i didn't have any interest in USF football... after seeing him for the first time, i started watching a few games, especially 2 years ago when they got to the number 2 rank (and choked :( )... grothe is a warrior, a helluva leader and a great player.

NFL quarterback ? i don't think so... but hey, i wish him well

I think he should be converted to play the slot.

i think he was talking about going to the CFL... if that happens i would keep an eye on him...

He's not 6'1. Not even close. USF only says that to beef him up a lil bit. He's like 5'10 or 5'11. I'm 6'1 and have a few inches on him.

Scrappy guy, kinda reminded of Jeff Garcia. Not nearly as talented as Garica, but best of luck to him.
