ASSUMING WE GET KARLOS DANSBY
1:Brandon Graham,SOLB out of Michigan(6'1",268)

[Miami will probably sign Dansby to be a SOLB this year, while Graham makes the transition to standing up,and playing in coverage.Very similar to Pittsburgh's Lamarr Woodley, and he said he compares his game to him and thanks him for all hes taught him.Graham showed that he had decent speed, running a 4.72 a 268,although Miami might want to cut 5-8 lbs. from him]
2-Dexter McCluster,WR/RB out of Ole' Miss(5'10",172)

[Dont buy into the 4.58....Dexter is clearly faster in pads, and Miami's never made the combine into a sink or swim scenerio for potential prospects.Cam Thomas is another player here that can be taken here, but theres so much fire between Miami and Dexter,I cant ignore it.Also,Miami has shown in the past few years that the have no problem going outside the box,so to speak,in the second round.Would really change the offense for the better, and help get that chunk yardage Ireland was talking about]
3:Jimmy Graham,TE out of the U(6'6",260)

[Graham and Sparano have been spotted habing seperate conversations and indu-endos(what?) during the Senior Bowl.Looked real smooth, and athletic while running the WR gauntlet at the Combine, has natural hands, and posted a 4.57 and 10 inch hands, aswell as a 38.5 vert.Considered a mid-risk/very,very high reward. If Sparano can mold Graham into the TE he wants Jimmy to be,Jimmy Graham can truly be one of the best TEs in the game 3 years down the road]
4:Scott Long,WR out of Louisvillie(6'2",216)

[Really had one of the biggest days of any WR at the combine.Long is a well est. route runner, and running a 4.46 is a good time for a 6'2 WR,good enough to be considered a threat to go deep, and possibly a starter in this league.Went in a no-name,to coming out..."hey....who is that guy?".Looks to be the perfect WR for Miami,as he can get the YAC we lack,as he posted over 18 ypc. With a dominant pass catching TE(in a few years,Im assuming Grahm would be that guy),could make players liek Hartline,Bess and Long look even better]
6:Al Woods,NT out of LSU(6'4",311)

[Pretty much an under-achiever at LSU.Parcells has ties with LSU,and has been quite fond with players coming out of Louisiana State.Im looking at Parcells history, and it just leads me to believe he'll stick to drafting developmental NT's,which is what Woods would be.He probably wont be fairly evaluated until about 3-4 years down the road, which leads me to believe Miami might make play for a stop-gap NT in the mean-time]
6b:Walter Thurmond,CB out of Oregon(5'11",189)

[Walter has very good hands.Getting back to back 5 picks in '08,and '07(also psoted 103 tkls that same year).Extremely productive at OU.Should be a decent nickle,to say the least,as he has good hands, solid tackling, and good size]
