No joke but I cracked my skull in 8th grade in a similar manner. 7 foot rims at the local elementary school and cement didn't mix well with the dunk. I was playing ball with my buddies though and was fouled as I dunked in though my momentum swung up from under me and I landed head first on the ground.

The kid was goofing off though so I hope he's alright.
