The Dolphins' need at nose tackle is clear to anyone with eyes but while much of the attention has centered around bigger-name prospects such as Dan Williams and Cam Thomas, a source tells me the Dolphins are looking in a different direction.

Think Jeff Owens of Georgia.

The Dolphins' coaching staff liked him in the Senior Bowl, interviewed him during the Indianapolis Combine and has now scheduled a visit to Davie in the coming weeks, the source said

This I really like, this kid stood out to me alot more than Williams at the Senior Bowl. He was always making plays.

This guy looked really good at the Senior Bowl, he has a motor. Mando said it best Fins need to draft a WR big time and Im starting to seriously think it is Bryant or bust. Williams just looks lazy to me.

Me too. He's always been a very good player at Georgia, and he's a PERFECT fit for us IMO.

I don't know if Owens is a late rounder, but probably round 4-5. Good player.

Saying he will go somewhere around 5th round where we currently dont have a pick which I expect to have 1 by draft day.

I like this kid, they say he is a strong as an ox. Also size,weight and comparables are eerily similar to Fergy who Parcells did draft.
