FOUR FORMER OWLS AT FINS WORKOUT
Not sure what to call them, but the four players with a chance to break FAU’s nine-year NFL Draft drought will be working out Friday for the Dolphins.
QB Rusty Smith, TE Jason Harmon, FB Willie Rose and OL Carl Spitale all got invitations to the workout, which is for players who live in South Florida or went to school here.
Spitale, who is from Royal Palm Beach, fits both those categories, and is excited for the opportunity.
