Account Help!!

I cannot login to my account on Finheaven so I had to create a new user name. I know my user name and password are correct so I think someone hacked into my account or something. I have tried the forgot password/user name option but when I type in my email it say I am not allowed to email registered user. Admins please help!

I know my password is correct but it is not working. I tried to have a temporary password sent to my email and that doesn’t work either. Thanks for your help.
