Watching the video, it seems like a ridiculous charge. Fireman Ed lightly shoved the guy. Didn't push him to the ground, didn't cause any damage. Rush hour in a typical NYC subway car has more shoving than that.

I like the way Ed gets the fans fired up but I can't say I'm a huge fan of his, but this is ridiculous. Giant's tool leaves his seat, goes down and gets in Ed's face, gets pushed back and runs crying to a lawyer? Give me a break.
