View Full Version : Did Chad Henne grow up a steelers fan?

I know it's on the other side of the state, but is it possible Chad Henne is/was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan growing up? In all likely hood he was probably an eagles fan with the success they had while he was in high school, but with the blue collar culture he grew up in with his dad's line of work i don't think it's a stretch. Pittsburgh kind of symbolizes blue collar and even their team reflects this. It will have no effect on the game, but i think it's an interesting topic.

He went to Michigan for the sole reason that he was a BIG Lions fan growing up.

Actually that's not quite accurate. Word is that he decided on Michigan to jump start his calling since it was The Motor City that RoboCop cleaned up.
