This is one of those days when my job rules!

Today, we took the students who have exhibited personal responsiblity during the 1st nine weeks to a Wheeling Nailers (ECHL) hockey game as a reward trip.

1. They're selling beer - but I'm chaperoning, so I can't drink in front of the kids.
2. They had to stay back at school and do extra work. (:lol: serves 'em right :lol:)

Poor little lazy kids and slow learners didn't get to see the game. :rolleyes2:

The lazy kids - they didn't get rewarded.


BTW, Nailers won 3-2 ... & there was a decent fight during the third.

As 'ol RDS would say - A good time was had by all.

So your day was good because your were forced to sit through a minor league hockey game with a bunch of kids? Am I missing something?

:lol: Any day that I don't have to tell em to sit down & shut up is a good day. Plus, I got paid to watch hockey. :up:

Bumpus shouldn't be allowed near children.

btw, I've always been wanting to attend a nailers game. If my Bluefield Beavers make the state title game, I may have to pay a visit!
