how do you post a youtube video where it isn't a link? where it shows up on the apge and you can hit play and watch it on that very same page.

I keep trying and its wrong somehow

what about for a site like facebook?

I think its the same. Do you mean from facebook to FH or posting a youtube vid on facebook? Because if it is the latter, I don't know.
