Question About the Arcade

Trying to kill time leading up to kickoff, I ventured over to the FH arcade. I clicked on the snake game, and a message came up saying that the administrator had banned my user group type or whatever, and that I couldn't get in. I've used the arcade before, and never had a problem. Why now?
