need help picking a defense this week.

i like to pick a defense every week, i dont keep the same one like a lot of people do. i made the playoffs , so i need to find a good one. i currently have the seahawks d vs niners, but im not sold on them. i havent had a problem picking up a defense this year till this week. not a lot of favorable defenses available. i kind of like the jags. heres whats available.
