NEW YORK, Aug. 4 (UPI) -- A New York firm said it is offering 3,200 square feet of grassy space to rent for sunbathing and barbecues for $50 an hour.
Jacqui Kavanagh, 24, the mastermind behind the scheme, said rentals of the 145 Ludlow St. "backyard time share" will begin next week, the New York Post reported Thursday.

You can't be serious. Fifty dollars to rent a yard for an hour?!? They're also offering rental equipment like:
$100 for a slip-and-slide, $150 for a barbecue grill, & $200 for a kiddie pool. :bobdole:
I would go insane within two weeks of living in NYC ... too much concrete, not enough green.
Maybe it's just me, but I find this to be asinine. :idk:
