I think Smith will be a good head coach in the NFL. However, I think the Bears should have hired an offensive minded coach.

I don't see the Bears doing much anytime soon unless Grossman develops into a good QB.

This is a prediction for mediocrity for Smith's first few years in Chicago. Just a prediction.

Lovie said that the Bears will run an offense similar to the Rams & Chiefs so look for them to hire one of their assistants. This may be the year that David Terrell proves that he's not a bust.
