I don't think the Panthers will win primarily because the Patriots offense is based on short passing & the Panthers defense relies so much on their pass rush. The quick passing will nullify the pass rush & take Rucker & Peppers out of the game much like they did Freeney last week. I'd like for the Panthers to win but I don't think it'll happen.
