I seriously doubt they trade the pick. My prediction would be that they draft Luck and he has to sit. Washington signs Matt Flynn as a free agent and pays him some serious coin.

That's what I see happening. They get a boatload of pics and a QB to sit and learn behind manning, that would be the smart thing to do... And if it's Miami instead of Washington as a trade partner I won't be pissed but that's just me.
