OK, now that the season is over and we know about where we are at, and when we pick, here is a mock draft based in part on needs and also BPA's. I don't see us drafting Luck or RG3, as it would cost us too much to move up. I think the remaining draft eligible QB's are all pretty much the same, with Tannehill probably being the best of the rest, but I think Ross should just make Flynn a nice offer and go from there. Flynn looked good filling in for Rodgers last year, and while he still can improve, I think he is ready to start in the NFL.
Round 1
1. Michael Floyd - WR, Notre Dame - Reminds me a little of Michael Irvin, and yeah I know he got a DUI like Michael, but he just has gotten better every year at ND. He is tall enough to out-jump smaller defenders. He would make a nice WR to bookend with Marshall on the other side. We need more offensive punch, and Floyd is the answer.
Round 2
2. Coby Fleener, TE, Stanford - Fasano is ok, but we really could use a guy who finds ways of getting open more, and has sure hands. I counted two easy drops for Fasano today against the Jets. Fleener is not the best blocker but he can bulk up. I would love to draft TE Dwayne Allen of Clemson ahead of Fleener but I think Allen will be gone. I also like Tyler Eiffert of Notre Dame if he comes out.
Round 3
3. Kevin Zeitler, OG, Wisconsin - We need an upgrade over Columbo at RG. Opens up huge space for Montee Ball at Wisconsin,. Here is a nice vid of him in action.

Round 4
4. Trumaine Johnson, CB, Montana - We keep finding great players from Montana, Carpenter, Hilliard, Jimmy Wilson. "Tru" Johnson is a beast at CB...about 6'2' - 6'3" and he hammers wide receivers. This guy is like Sean Smith, except he knows how to tackle and hit guys, and better coverage, and better at getting picks.
