Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what they would think of Upshaws ability to play in a 4-3, if our new coaching staff was to choose to go with this defense instead of our current 3-4.

He is a very bulky guy...maybe can play outside thumper type lb,but more of a pass rusher than anything.reminds me of terrell suggs

He'd probably play DE at the pro level in a 4-3 defense. However, in some games when Alabama went to a nickel/ 3-3-5 defense he was playing OLB still, so maybe he could be used as a Von Miller type of LB in the 4-3.

hmmm...i'm not seeing 43 de with him unless its going to an undersized front look...too short imo for most schemes...to me he's more a 34 olb fit but i have reservations about him as a pass rusher

this isn't that uber talent thats just raw that you draft on upside with a top 10 pick...as such i think he's on the board longer than many think...outside the top 10
