It IMO is a reach for Tannehill @ #8/9. I'd go with Upshaw instead of Tannehill & Foles instead of Massaquoi.

If the phins are converting to a 4-3 upgrading the front 7 is more of a priority than the secondary.

I have issues w/ RGIII going to Cleveland. The Browns are running a WCO & McCoy IMO is darn near ideal for that system.
