It wouldn't make sense to do that. While it seems logical so you don't miss, it would kill the development of these guys. There's only 1 ball to go around and if the rookies are sitting and learning behind Moore/Garrard, they will get limited snaps to begin with. Now add 2 guys to split those limited reps and you really stunt their opportunity for development.
