Nope. Actually, the only news that I read for world news is the BBC or Al-Jazeera English. Both are really quite good. The Economist is a pretty solid magazine too.

I would be willing to bet that at least 75% of registered republicans get the vast majority of their news from Fox. And I think that is a conservative number.

I use multiple sources just to get a broader view and yes, that means reading foxnews.com as well.

I don't believe anything labeled "breaking". The news needs time to filter out and ferment so you can distinguish between what is mostly true and what is mostly false.

Overall I say the news is about 60% truth if we are lucky, 30% gossip and 10% flat out lies.

Not suprising. The big 3 monopolistic news networks have evolved into a multiple news sources and exposure that didn't occur in the past. Wouldn't be the difference in the 35% in 1992 to now's 21% if for instance "the most trusted man in America" Walter Kronkite is exposed for bugging the GOP convention and Fox/MSNBC type political bias plus to the lesser such as strip clubs and cutting backroom deals with corporations. The "Golden Age" for a jounalist are when the big 3 ruled the news was not so much for journalism any more than today.
