Other then Tannehill this draft class looks like another bust!
Martin looks like a child playing against men
Vernon has done nothing
Lamar Miller- I love you bro! I still have faith but i haven't seen much so far.

When I first saw this headline I thought it said "Ireland has been suffering from cancer for 4 years now" and I thought, "hmm, brain cancer would explain a lot, actually."

As stated above its 2 PRESEASON games.
Then to say Irelands drafting is like a form of cancer, is beyond pathetic.

Not premature. There is a a problem somewhere. We never seem to bring in the names we target. I think Ireland is on very thin ice. Tannehill is the by far the best pick he's made and thats only because Mike Sherman had an inside track on the situation.

this thread blows. check back in two or three years and we can discuss the merits of drafting ryan tannehill (who should start from day 1), jonathan martin (who should start from day 1), olivier vernon (who should be in the d-line rotation from day 1), michael egnew, lamar miller (who should return kicks and get carries and catches out of the backfield from day 1), Josh Kaddu, BJ Cunningham, Khesston Randall and Rishard Matthews. We can also throw in the UDFA's Ireland signed that make the team, perhaps Derrick Shelby, Josh Samuda, and Jeff Fuller, or scouting the CFL for a player such as Marcus Thigpen.

I am not a fan of Ireland..he has been mediocre. I would not mind Ross hiring someone from green bay or the Polians. However..I would not characterize him as cancer..not cool. A very tragic disease.
