I just saw a highlight of fourth season pregame for Vikings and Hilliard was on kickoff duty trying to tackle, and he was chasing a guy from behind and started jogging, so the runner started jogging, then hilliard started running again, so guy turned it up again and got a touchdown. Hilliard looked so lazy and no way will he make team like that. what happened to this guy?

We didn't give him the 10 years it takes to develop.

He just needs a fair chance.

In 2010, he had quite a few eyebrow-raising runs and seemed to do a great job on ST. I think getting cut by Miami bled his heart dry. He must have lost the fire.

It looks like he's not quite done yet.

The Patriots waived former Boston College center Matt Tennant just a few days after claiming him off waivers, and signed running back Lex Hilliard to take his place on the roster
