Nope.
The answer, believe it or not, is none other than Joe Ferguson. Ferguson did it mostly by virtue of longevity, he played 25 games against the Phins, and I don't think anyone else has played more than 21. Ken O'Brien, incidentally, played 16, and though I'm not certain, I believe he holds the record for most yards per game (at least for those with more than a few games against Miami under their belt).
