Julian Peterson will be tagged the Niners franchise player, which means those teams interested in signing Terrell Owens won't have to give up draft picks.

That's not really news Liquid. Everyone and their uncle thought Peterson - a younger, better player, arguably the best coverage LB in the NFL and an All Pro for the next 5-7 years would get tagged.
