I want to learn.. How to I change my profile, my avatar, my quote. When I click on the links that I think I could do it with, it tells me I'm not allowed.. what do I do?

click on the "get drafted--join today!" link above.
It'll ask if you want to modify your profile. Go from there.

Actually, you'd be better served clicking the "User CP" link up top and choosing "Edit Profile" and then "Edit Options". :)
