I say Weis not being hired this year will end up being our blessing in disguise, inheriting a good defense and having a new offensive philosiphy John Gruden all over again !

I agree let Weis stay put for 1yr then we can clean house and bring him in! Unless of course wanny goes crazy and wins the SB!!
