I noticed some green, red or grey dots at the bottom/left of our posts.

What do those mean?

There are also colored dots next to our number of posts...

the flower, i believe is for ICQ members. if you place your curser over the dots by the # of posts, it gives a " description " of the poster...you " unknown quantity " you....

It's a reputation thing added with VB 3.0

Don't think this forum is actively using it (it's crap anyways) though which is a good thing because VB's got a lot of work to do with it.

VanDolPhan is correct, this forum isn't using it for anything special really... just wanted to keep it in place somewhat. I don't believe there is much (if any) performance overhead.
