Also the President of that council is a roatating Presidency. It's not like this man was going to be the President of Iraq.

You missed the point. You know as in how "everything will be OK" on 6/30 when we'll be "ready" to turn over sovereignty to Iraq. what is "funny" is how alot of ppl are buying into that. But actually, it is i very sad situation.
