LAS VEGAS - Vince Neil is getting an extreme makeover.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports Neil is going to be the subject of a reality re-do for MTV. He consulted with a plastic surgeon Tuesday and cut out drinking. He'll also see a trainer and a lifestyle counselor.

Neil says it's not just for him, but for his career. MTV is calling the show, "The Remaking of Vince Neil." The new Neil will be revealed Aug. 28.
