QB help plz

I currently have 2 QBS:
Tom Brady $9
and Tommy Maddox $1

Neither of these guys are good FFL as i know.
free agents that i have been looking into are:
Testaverde
Brunell

So in all i can spend $10(requires dropping tom and tommy) on these 2 QBs if i want. Like $5 on each of them.
If you guys would could i get your input on what to do.

6pts = TD Pass (0 yards to 9 yards)
9pts = TD Pass (10 yards to 39 yards)
12pts= TD Pass (40 yards to 110 yards)

Gannon/collins are also still there

Maddox at $1 is a friggin steal. I wouldn't touch Vinny or Brunell. I would stand pat

Tom Brady is worth $9 and i am waivering these following people, if i end up getitng these which i will most likely, is it worth dropping brady?

Drop
Brady $ 9

Acquire
Brunnel $4
Testaverde $3
Duckett $2 (i have warrick dunn so this will lock up the back field for me with ATL)

Maybe i wil keep maddox for the $.

So do you think this would be good or not?
