14:05 PT: Randy Lange, of the Bergen Record, reports New York Jets head coach Herman Edwards made it clear that QB Vinny Testaverde will be the No. 1 quarterback when the season opens. He said backup Chad Pennington can not beat him out during the preseason. that sucks - c'mon Chad speak up :evil:
