Which ACC team?

Miami and FSU are the 2 big dogs in the ACC...but which team has the best chance of passing them in the conference standings?

None of the above

Virginia is probably the best team in the ACC besides Miami and FSU though. Maryland is a good team also, and NC State is probably the next best team in the ACC after them. Virginia Tech doesn't look great this year, Clemson is terrible, and Georgia Tech doesn't scare me.
